Horrible customer service and damaged products. They have canceled a custom order twice now even though they said it was fine. Charged the CC twice and still no credit (week later). Shipped a damaged cooler and says things nothing wrong with it. The customer service is all remote and can not help with anything. They will not get a manager to call. The BBB has all kinds of complaints on Yeti. Do not buy from them.

tl;dr – do not buy products at this Yeti store, instead go to REI, West Marine, or Amazon for better, faster service Longer story: My wife purchased a 1gal Yeti storage jug at this store on 12/16. That evening, we tried using the jug to store a bunch of hot chocolate when visiting the Chicago Botanical Gardens. Unfortunately the seal around the lid didn't work, and hot chocolate spilled everywhere. I visited the store on Milwaukee on 12/22 to seek a replacement. I also would have settled for a refund or store credit. To my dismay, the employees in the store were unable to offer any solutions other than directing me to file a warranty claim online, send in the bottle, and wait for a replacement. When I spoke with the store manager, and explained that this is an annoying, time-consuming process, she reiterated their policy. I told her that I was disappointed, and that the same situation with Yeti products would have been handled differently at other retailers like REI or West Marine. She shrugged and, I'm paraphrasing, said "you should have bought this product elsewhere then." This in-store experience was infuriating. I'll likely buy more Yeti products in the future, but never directly from the company. I've shared this experience with friends/family over the holidays, and am sharing here to help others avoid the same frustration I felt.

Yeti provided fantastic customer service for my wife and I. A violent and erratic homeless guy followed us into the Yeti store and the yeti staff helped us by asking the homeless dude to leave before things got violent. Once the homeless dude left, the yeti staff kept a watchful eye and once the homeless dude started kicking cars and harassing other pedestrians, the cops were called. Also, made a purchase adding two more yeti's to the collection. 10oz wine and 16oz pint. Fantastic products as usual.

A great customer experience!! I had make a couple of visits as I was in the market for a new cooler. Both times, the representatives who were working were very helpful in answering all my questions and helped me decide between a couple options. There was no pressure, no trying to upsell or anything like it. I got the cooler & accessories I wanted. Walked out a happy & satisfied customer.
